Sheila Marie Hampton

Sheila Marie (Wilson) Hampton, age 48, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on August 14, 2019. Mrs. Hampton was born on June 27, 1971 in Louisville, KY to Carl Burt and Belinda (Caulk) Wilson. Mrs. Hampton worked at General Electric and was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Among those that preceded her in death are her grandparents, Anford and Ruby Caulk and Carl and Della Mae Wilson; and several aunts and uncles.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Pamela Wilson Jones (Austin); parents, Carl and Belinda Wilson; sister, Kimberly Thacker (Kenny); brothers, Michael Wilson (Shelly) and Carl “Hank” Wilson; several generations of very special nieces and nephews; her beloved fur baby, Ruby; and a host of family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 am on Monday, August 19, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (11501 Maple Way Louisville, KY 40229) with interment in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1-8 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road).
