Tammy Lynn Wagner

Tammy Lynn Wagner, age 63, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, with loving family by her side. She was born on July 2, 1962, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Robert and Gail (Burge) Saltkill. Tammy was a Christian by faith. She loved to gamble; playing the lottery, bingo and traveling to casinos with her family were some of her favorites.  She loved her flower gardens and loved traveling to the beach. She was a wonderful cook; her family fondly remembers her fried chicken and her fresh baked cookies.  Her true passion was her family; spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren are what Tammy held most dear to her heart.  Her kind and loving nature will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Shannon Saltkill and Kimberly Saltkill; brother, Kenny Saltkill and fur-baby, Gracie.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 44 years, Richard “Tony” Wagner; daughters, Amanda Wagner (Chris) and Brittany Wagner (Dustin); sons, Ricky Saltkill and Curt Saltkill; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Saltkill (Kim) and Tony Saltkill (Melissa); sister, Chrissy Painter (Kevin) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 1:00 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 1:00 until 8:00 and on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
