Thomas Ambrose Nalley, Jr

Mr. Thomas Ambrose Nalley, Jr, age 67, of Brandenburg, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on November 26, 2021. Mr. Nalley was born on May 17, 1954, to the late Thomas Ambrose Nalley, Sr and Mary Ida “Reid” Nalley in Nelson County Kentucky. Mr. Nalley enjoyed hunting and fishing, he loved to talk he never met a stranger and never spoke an unkind word about people.  The kindness he exhibited and the compassion he showed knew no bounds. However, the greatest love of his life was his family and his grandchildren.

He was predeced in death by his parents; brothers David Truman and Joseph Earl Nalley and sister Lois Marie “Nalley” Gerton.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 45 years Kathy “Tungate” Nalley; his children April McKinney (Brent), Amanda Redemann (Josh), and Thomas Christopher T.C. Nalley; siblings Billy Nalley (Juanita), William Nalley (Darlene), Joe Nalley (Vangie), Mike Raley, Rosaline Roden, and Judy Coburn (Archie); grandchildren, Sierra, Taylor, Ayden, Savannah, Xavier, and one on the way; 1 great-grandchild Ronan Ambrose; along with a host of nieces and nephews family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 12:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 1:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Thursday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00p.m. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington Kentucky.
