Timothy Wayne Allen

Timothy Wayne Allen, age 67, of Louisville, KY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 16, 1957, to the late Curtis Theodore Allen Sr. and Evelyn Dorothy Brock. Timothy was a loving husband, father, Papaw, and friend. His family was the center of his universe. Timothy radiated kindness, wisdom, and compassion, touching the lives of those around him. He was an avid animal lover. Whether he was on the golf course, in the woods camping, or simply enjoying the quietness of nature, he found peace in the world around him. Timothy brought laughter and warmth to every moment. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. Timothy was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Eugene Allen.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sandra Kaye Allen; sons, Joseph Allen Sr. and Tyler Allen; stepdaughter, Chrystal Smith Cornelison; Grandchildren, Victoria Clemens, Zachery Myers, Taylor Allen, and Joseph Allen Jr.; siblings, Sharon Texas (Ray), Curtis “Teddy” Allen Jr. (Julie), and Dale Allen; a host of nieces and nephews; along with many other family and friends.
