Mom........I miss you so much. It's been 5 weeks today and I the pain isn't any easier........I love you and miss you so much more than I can ever say.

Tammy, you and my daughter (Robyn) are about the same age.  I have fond memories of your mom w/ you and me w/ Robyn (two babies) together.  I was married to Ken Lee for just under 10 yrs.  My heart feels for you.  I lost both by mom, dad, and sister. God Bless

I will miss you.  I loved your spirit and your attitude.  When I was sad or hurting you always had a clever word (or three or four...) that would make me smile and feel better.  I can hear you telling me on the phone, "I love you, honey" after every conversation we ever had.  I love you too and my heart hurts with you gone.  Don't worry about Tammy, you know when there's nobody else, there's always me to watch out for her.  Rest In Peace Beautiful Lady

A friend and mentor that positively impacted my life when still very young - rest in peace Vera.

You were my 'other' Mom!  I remember so many things that made you a part of my life forever and ever!  Growing up in your house on North Kaufman.  Hugs when I needed them.  You drying my tears when hugs weren't quite enough.  You telling me that you believed in me when I didn't even believe in myself.  Teaching me that when it hurt so bad that I couldn't say anything to anyone, I could always talk to God!

At first, I thought it was so cruel that I found you again after so many years only to have you taken from this world.  God and I have been talking.  I now think the reason wasn't really a cruel one.  I believe that God gave me a final chance to let you know just how important you were to my life.  Also that I still love you after all these years, as well as a chance to know that you still loved me as well.  One final chance to say Good-Bye.

This past week, I have said a few prayers to God asking him to take special care of you until we meet again.  I have said many, many prayers to God to help the friends and family you left behind find peace.

Nana was one of the sweetest people I knew and she will truly be deeply missed but, she lives on threw her hole family...you can clearly see her in not only her own children but, her grandchildren as well. My Aunt Vera was a lover of joy and laughter, a lover of God. I have so many memories of her joking, smiling, laughing… always trying to find humor in the moment. It takes a strong and amazing person to constantly climb up and over the hard obstacles this life can throw at us, to get through pain and heartache, to carry on during conflict and rejection. Somehow, someway – this Perekrest family that I have been blessed to be born into has endured so very much – thankfully not without the joy of the Lord as our strength. That's what Aunt Vera was standing on, knowing that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us (Romans 8:18). She has come into that glory, adorned in the perfect joy and laughter that she so heartily practiced here on earth.

My heart breaks to be so far away from her beloved children and their families during this sad and sorrowful time. Celebrate her well, remember her warmly, mourn with the hope that you, too, can see her again in the coming glory!

So sorry for your loss. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and the days to come.

Your are truly missed by me! No one will ever see how close we were. We were two peas in a pod. I miss you so very much. Looking back at old pictures seeing how much we looked alike. I will cherish your memories tou gave me and cherish everyrhing you did and love it through my kids and my life. You were my best friend from the day I was born and you always will be my best best friend... the memories we had were priceless. I wouldnt trade a moment with tou for all the friends in the world. Every summer im glad i went and stayed with you because i need you. I dont need friends i need the person who loves me and cares for me.
