Funeral services for Beverly L. Morris, 89 of Bossier City, LA will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Ampatt. Burial will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Centuries Memorial.
Beverly was born September 2, 1920 in Algiers, LA and passed away in Shreveport on April 9, 2010. She has been a resident of Bossier City since 2005. She moved here from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. She was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, where she was the Vice President of the Senior Club.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents: Guy Lartigue and Irene White Lartigue, also her brother Guy Lartigue. Survivors include her daughter, Fay Worthington; two grandsons, Steven Deffes and Michael Guerber; three great-grandchildren, Steven Deffes II, Misti Deffes and Brittani Deffes.
