Cynthia Lynn Waters, age 62, of Bossier City, Louisiana went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Cynthia was born May 29, 1961 at Alconbury Air Force Base, England to Dan and Shirley Bullock.
Cynthia graduated from Lawrence County Academy 1979-80, where she played basketball her freshman and sophomore years. She was elected "Most Social" in her class. Cynthia worked at Shaw Air Force base in Sumter, South Carolina and raised four beautiful children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was charismatic, strong, lit up any room, and loved her family beyond measure. Cynthia loved music, summer and the sun, butterflies, flowers (heathers breath, daisies), shopping, and the color pink. She especially enjoyed spending time in her childhood home during the holidays. She had a personal relationship with her Heavenly Father. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her father, Dan Bullock.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughters, Melanie Hearn, Anna Bailey (Josh), and Heather Tullos (Travis); son, Rickie Waters II; grandchildren, Logan, Madison, Chloe, Konner, Carter, Colton, and Kelsey; great grandchildren, Remy and Silas; mother, Shirley Bullock; sister, Cheryl Bourn and her children, Jeremy Foster and Afton Vacarro.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Prentiss, Mississippi at a later date.
