Deborah was a self-taught paralegal who dedicated over 35 years to the legal field. Her passion for helping others was not limited to her career, it defined her life. Known for her compassion, kindness, and generosity, Deborah gave selflessly to those in need, whether it was feeding the hungry, offering shoes to the shoeless, or simply offering her time, prayer, and heart to anyone who crossed her path.
She had a special love for garage and estate sales, where she often found treasures both in objects and in people. Her deep Christian faith was the foundation of her life, and she shared it openly and lovingly, praying with clients, friends, family, and even strangers on the street. Deborah’s warmth and unwavering kindness touched countless lives, and her pure, giving heart will be remembered by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Vince Rhodes; her son, Joshua McGraw; her mother, Carolyn Dugger (Bob); and her cherished grandchildren, Dash McGraw and Zara McGraw.
Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Billy Frank Lewis, and her brother, Curtis Lewis.
