Elizabeth Gail Bussey

Elizabeth Gail Bussey was born October 31, 1976 and went to her Heavenly Father on August 17th 2019. You left us with beautiful memories. Your love will forever be our guide. Even though we can no longer see you, you will always be at our sides. A life well lived is a lasting legacy that is the ultimate treasure. Our hearts are broken being without you. You were a beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, and a supportive sister. A best friend to all who had the pleasure to know your wisdom and strength. You always gave a helping hand to anyone in need. Our loss is immeasurable but so is the love left behind. Having fun with you, we never knew that those would be cherished memories that we will carry forever. Your love was genuine and true. We know we will see you again but until then watch over and guide us.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Jeffery Kent Bussey; son, Dustin Kent Bussey and his wife Jennifer and their son Jeremiah; daughter, Jamie Michele Bussey and son Sylas; grandmother. Pearl Wood; mother, Katherine Monk; father, Johnnie Brinkley; step-father, Charles Chandler Sr.; sister, Kristi Johnson and husband John and daughter Destiny McCrea; brother, CJ Chandler son Jeremy and his mother Kim Cornett; brother, Vernon Chandler and wife Heather and children Alexis, Layla, and Wyatt; sister and best friend, Samantha Monk and husband Michael Williams and their daughter Josie; brother, Nathan; sisters, Shelly and Kylie and brother Justin. She also had countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by grandmothers, June Robbins and Eliza Birchfield, Uncle Robby Brinkley, Tommy and Buddy Nash and step dad Sammy Monk.

Our family would like to send special thanks to Casey Bell, Laurie Sanders, Kelly Anders, Regina Thigpen, Deanna Lamar, Teyon Bickham and Kim Pfotenhauer. Thank you for always being there for Liz when she needed you the most.
