Freddie "Bo" Altman, Jr., age 88 was born December 11, 1936, in Fairfax, South Carolina and passed away March 7, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana after a lengthy illness. Freddie honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by one daughter, Celia Elkharash (Salem); sister, Reba Youmans; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Freddie was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Altman, Sr., and Gertie Mae Altman; spouse, Vicky Lynn Altman; daughter, Elizabeth Lafaye Maghsoud; brothers, Charles "Sambo" Altman and Henry Leroy "Pete" Altman; and sister, Dorothy "Teeter" Tjapkes.
The family is very grateful for the care he received at The Guest House of Shreveport, Louisiana.
