Gay Nell Bandy

Gay N. Vestal Bandy, age 78, passed away on August 8, 2018, in Columbus, MS. Following the death of her husband, Bruce Bandy, Gay moved to Columbus, MS. While in Columbus she lived in Assisted Living and made many friends and memories.

Gay was also preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Pair and son, Quinton Bandy. She is survived by her granddaughter, Lori Bandy, her grandson Billy Bandy, her sisters-in-law Bernice Vestal of Temple, TX, and Janice Cruthirds (Robert) of Columbus, MS, and several nieces and nephews.

Gay will be remembered by all that knew her for all the great dishes she cooked and her humor.

A graveside service will be held for Gay on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Centuries Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation for one hour before the graveside service at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.
