Georgia Anne Andrews

Georgia Anne Andrews was born September 8, 1946 to the late George Fredrick Denton and Myron Edna Beatty Denton in Pasadena, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed being active in the PTA, Cub and Boy Scouts and Team Mom for Pasadena Pee Wee. Georgia had a passion for learning more about her family through genealogy. She was a supporter of the 45th and 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Most of all, she adore her family and cherished spending time with them. She was always known to be drinking a Dr. Pepper and eating Blue Bell Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream.

Georgia passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in Pasadena, Texas at the age of 78. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, Nora Benson, son, Geoff Andrews, along with King and Lucy Burton and Henry Denton.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Phillip Andrews and wife, Kitt; grandson, Garret Hollis Andrews; granddaughters, Haley Ryanne Andrews and Kendall Danielle Bond and her husband, Ian and children, Ellie, Poppi and Waylon; nephews, Chris Brock, along with his family Brandi, Angelica and Adison, and Matt Brock; nieces, Sarah Jane Bellew Clark with Husband, Douglas along with great niece Jordan and great nephew Gaiden, Kelsey Moseley along with her husband Michael and great nieces Jocelyn, Ophelia and Willow along with great nephew Gabriel; brother-in-law, Steve Embry; and numerous cousins but especially, Richard Denton and Diana Denton.

A visitation for Georgia will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA 71108. She will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park at a later date due to weather.
