Jerry E. Wynn, age 71, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Jerry was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina to William and Flossie Wynn and lived a life marked by devotion to his family and a passion for his work.
A dedicated retiree from General Motors after 32 years, Jerry also excelled in real estate, where he spent 20 years as a top earner. His commitment extended beyond his career to his faith and family. As a devout Christian and loving family man, he cherished his wife, children, and grandchildren deeply.
Jerry was known for his loving, selfless nature and his enthusiastic, energetic spirit. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, indulging in electronics, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren. His giving nature and vibrant personality will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Terry Wynn; his daughter, Jessica Sims (George); his son, Jason Wynn (Katelynn); his brother, Dwayne Wynn (Debbie); his sister, Deborah Jacobs (Greg); and his cherished grandchildren, Maci Wynn, Kylee Sonnier, Levi Sims, Jaxon Wynn, Huntleigh Sims, and Khloee Wynn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Flossie Wynn.
