Jesse K. Langford of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the age of 50. He was born October 5, 1971 to Linda Stringer Langford and Ronald Langford.
Jesse obtained his LPN degree from LA Technical College in Shreveport in 1995 and his Associate of Science in Computer Programming (Data Analytics) from BPCC in 2015 graduating with honors. At the time of his death Jesse was in the process of obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in computer analytics. His long-term goal was to obtain his Master's in Business Administration Health informatics.
Jesse had many hobbies in his lifetime. He loved to garden, play computer games but his greatest passion was reading. He loved reading Scriptures and Science Fiction novels. Like his son, Trenton, Jesse could read a 500-page novel from start to finish in a day or two. He loved his nieces and enjoyed getting to babysit when needed. Jesse had a kind nature and big heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rachel Langford; his mother, Linda Langford; son, Cameron Langford; brother, Quinton Brady Langford (Amy); sister, Shanna Langford Clover (Michael); aunts, Patricia Parker (Lonnie), Judy Mohawk (Ike) and Annette Langford; uncles, Kenneth Stringer (Vickie) and David Langford (Debbie); nieces, Emalie, Rebekah and Ashton and numerous cousins and their families.
He was preceded in death by his father; Ronald Langford, sons, Matthew Langley and Trenton Langford; maternal grandparents, Lois and Quinton Stringer; paternal grandparents, Melva and Herman Langford; uncle, Gordon Langford and cousin, Michael Langford.
The Langford family would like to give a special thanks to the nursing Staff in the Neuro ICU, that cared for Jesse during his last days. Brandon, Sarah and Taylor you were my angel nurses and I will not forget you - Rachel.
