Jorge Pardo

A Mass of Christian Burial for Jorge Filiberto Pardo Anguiano, will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church in Bossier City. Father Fidel Mondragon, Father Rigoberto Betancur, Deacon Dr. Jorge Martinez, and Deacon Ricardo Rivera will officiate. A Wake for Mr. Pardo will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church.

Mr. Pardo was born on August 21, 1947 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Rutilo Pardo Cuellar and Filiberta Anguiano Ortiz. He went to be with his Lord on July 27, 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Pardo earned his GED with honors. He became an entrepreneur and was successful in different businesses, such as a tax preparer and videographer. His hobbies included reading, running, playing tennis, collecting Coca-Cola items, and watching soccer. He was also very active in his community and his church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Parish Council, as well as a volunteer in community service projects.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 53 years, Carmen Pardo; his son, Jorge Pardo, Jr. and his wife and 5 children; his son, Miguel Pardo and his 3 children; his daughter, Mary Patino and her husband and 3 children; his son, Edgar Pardo and 3 great-grandchildren; his older brother, Juan Eduardo Pardo and his wife and 2 children; his sister-in-law, Martha Pardo and her 3 daughters; and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother, Rutilo Pardo.

La Misa de entierro Cristiano para Jorge Filiberto Pardo Anguiano se llevará a cabo el Jueves, 1 de Agosto del 2019 a las 10 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica Christ the King en Bossier City. El padre Fidel Mondragón y el padre Rigoberto Betancur oficiarán junto con los Diáconos Dr. Jorge Martinez y Ricardo Rivera. El Miércoles, 31 de Julio del 2019, se realizará la velación para el Sr. Pardo a partir de las 6:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica Cristo Rey. El Sr. Pardo nació el 21 de Agosto de 1947 en San Luis Potosí, México, hijo de Rutilo Pardo Cuéllar y Filiberta Anguiano Ortiz. Se fue a estar con su Señor el 27 de Julio del 2019 en Shreveport, Louisiana. El Sr. Pardo obtuvo su GED con honores. Se convirtió en empresario y tuvo éxito en diferentes negocios, como un preparador de impuestos y camarógrafo. Sus pasatiempos incluyen leer, correr, jugar tenis, coleccionar artículos de Coca-Cola y ver fútbol. También fue muy activo en su comunidad y su iglesia. Fue miembro del Concilio Pastoral, Caballeros de Colón, así como voluntario en proyectos de servicio comunitario. Queda para apreciar su memoria su amada esposa de 53 años, Carmen Pardo; su hijo, Jorge Pardo, Jr. y su esposa y 5 hijos; su hijo, Miguel Pardo y sus 3 hijos; su hija, Mary Patiño y su esposo y 3 hijos; su hijo, Edgar Pardo y 3 bisnietos; su hermano mayor, Juan Eduardo Pardo y su esposa y 2 hijos; su cuñada, Martha Pardo y sus 3 hijas; y numerosos cuñados, cuñadas, sobrinos, sobrinas y muchos amigos. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres y su hermano, Rutilo Pardo.
