Mr. Ebarb was known by most as “Cotton”. He graduated from Ebarb High School. He worked for Vancouver Plywood Mill in Florien, LA before going to work at AT&T in Shreveport, LA for 14 years. He also worked at Beard Industries and was a welder by trade.
Mr. Ebarb was a member of St. Mary of the Pines. He loved hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed running his Fox Hounds.
Mr. Ebarb was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elsie Ezernack.
Left to cherish Mr. Ebarb’s memory are his wife of 55 years, Doris; son, Juston Ryan Ebarb; daughter, Carol Ebarb Turney; granddaughter, Kristin Turney; sister, Wilma Ebarb ; and brother Richard T. (Scooter) Ebarb. Mr. Ebarb is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Mr. Ebarb will begin on Sunday at 4:00pm, with a Rosary service starting at 6:00pm in the Chapel at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 pm in the Chapel at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. A committal Service will follow in the Centuries Memorial Park.
