Marsha Dunn McKenney

Marsha was a devoted wife to her late husband, mother, and grandmother. She loved her grandkids, traveling, a good cup of coffee, and breakfast at an old-fashioned diner.

Her two daughters will always fondly remember seeing her read her Bible every morning, praying for her family, and teaching them about Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John McKenney; stepdaughter, Christie McKenney, and siblings, Doris Edwards, Dolores Dunn, Gay Rhoda, Janet Dunn, Joy Dunn, David Dunn, Eddie Dunn, and Bill Dunn.

Marsha is survived by her daughters, Deanna and Carleen and Carleen’s husband Will; stepdaughter, Johanna, and her husband Ricky; six grandchildren, Patrick, Meg, Charlotte, Darby, Eric and Rowan; sisters, Barbara Dunn, and Bernice Bounds; and numerous other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA 71108, on March 6, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
