After completing almost four years at Centenary College in the Geology field, Ray decided to make a change and head to Pensacola, FL where he could enjoy the ocean he loved and proceeded to attain his A&P license from Pensacola Aviation. After a few years of working on airplanes, Ray moved back to Shreveport where he started up his own computer company, Bayou Computers.
Ray loved to fish and ride motorcycles and had many stories to tell about both but he really loved taking those motorcycles totally apart and putting them back together.
He is survived by his stepmother, JoAnn Cathey Holloway of Shreveport; brother, Randy Holloway of Jacksonville, FL; Sister, Mary Beth Haughton and husband Wade of Perdido Key, FL. along with many cousins, nieces & nephews.
Ray is preceded in death by his father, Perry G. Holloway; his mother and stepfather, Jackie and Johnny Daniels, all of Shreveport, LA.
