Rovina Parker Holloway

Rovina Parker Holloway, age 72, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2025. Born and raised in Shreveport, Rovina was the daughter of Mildred Guidroz Holloway and Howard Parker Jr.

A graduate of Byrd High School, Rovina spent her life in the community she called home. She will be remembered for her quiet strength, resilience, and the kindness she showed to those around her.

Rovina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rickey Holloway, as well as her parents. She is survived by her close friend Tom Campbell, who remained a loyal companion in her later years.

Rovina’s life was a reminder that love, friendship, and the bonds we build matter deeply. She will be missed.
