SHREVEPORT, LA – Celebration of life services for Sandy C. Self will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA with Bro. David Radford of North DeSoto Church of God and Bro. Joey Ketchum of Western Hills Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday at Centuries from the hours of 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Sandy was born on September 27, 1945 in Minden, LA and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 2, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her three children, Lynn Chism and husband Hugh; Jody Self and wife Debbie; Renee Wells and husband Kevin; one sister, Donna Pilcher Grimaldi and husband Ronnie; nine grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Self’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren will honor her as pallbearers.
