Funeral services for Sherry Ann Morris, 56, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. The family will receive guests on Saturday evening between the hours of 5 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sherry was born on August 10, 1955, in Shreveport, LA and passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012. She was a strong lady, full of laughter with a good sense of humor. She retired from Libby Glass in 2011 and has spent her time enjoying her grandchildren and fishing.

Sherry is preceded in death by her husband, John D. Morris, Jr.; daughter, Allison Streetman; sister, Debbie Santoro; and her parents, Jesse and Elizabeth Cheek. Left to cherish her memory are her children; son, Jessie Streetman and his significant other, Sherry Collins; daughter, Jennifer Rogers and husband, Freddie; sisters, Brenda Zinke, Mary Alice Templeton and husband, Phillip, Rhonda Rossiter, and Carolyn Bennett; three grandchildren, Cyle Streetman, Dylan Streetman, and Shelby Young; and Jessie Streetman, Sr., the father of her children.
