Mr. Theodore "Ted" A. Frisch Sr.

Shreveport, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Theodore A. Frisch, Sr.,88, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Bro. Billy Crosby. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Ted was born on August 8, 1928 in Cleveland, OH and passed away on August 13, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. He was a dedicated and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Ted served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Frisch was an educator for many years and served in various capacities such as an educator at Midway Junior High School, the Assistant Principal at Ridgewood Middle School, the Principal at New Life Montessori and as the Principal at Central Academy. He attended both Emmanuel Baptist Church and Summer Grove Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Ted coached baseball at Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Mr. Frisch was preceded in death by his wife, Odessie Martin Frisch; his parents and sister, Betty.

Left to cherish beautiful memories of Ted are his children, Terry Frisch and wife Vicky Frith Frisch and Theresa Frisch Parker and husband Ricky; grandchildren, Jason Matthew Frisch, Micah Daniel Frisch and Marcus Andrew Frisch; great grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Frisch, Addison Grace Frisch, Cam Adler Frisch and Crew Hagen Frisch and two brothers, Ed Frisch and Fred Frisch.

Honoring Mr. Frisch as pallbearers will be: Jason Matthew Frisch, Marcus Andrew Frisch, Steve Frith, Carl Lewis, Robert Bamburg and Steve Birmingham. Honorary pallbearers will be: Kenneth Richmond and Micah Daniel Frisch.
