Tony Lynn Heggins

Funeral services will be held at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield road, Shreveport, LA on Sunday, February 11th at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends and family for a Visitation on Saturday, February 10th (4:00 – 5:00 pm for family, and 5:00 – 7:00 pm for friends). The visitation will also be held at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Tony, a “Mountain of a Man” was born December 3rd, 1958 in MaGee, Mississippi to Monroe Lavell Heggins, Jr. and Annie Elizabeth Tate Heggins. He was the Maintenance Foreman for Gordon and Gordon Law Firm.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Kennedy Heggins; two brothers, Joe Heggins and Lee Mcleod, Sr., and two sisters, Margie Heggins and Kathy Ann Hargrove.

Family members include: three children, Rita Ann DeFatta, Tony Lynn Heggins, Jr., and Loree Elizabeth Daws; two step-children, Jamie Presswood Wooley, and Kerri Danielle Presswood; seven siblings, Ancie Duncan, Robert Heggins, Donald Heggins, Donna Lumpkin, Carlene Saucier, Janavee Webb, and Mary Beth Shirah; and eleven grandchildren, Megan, Logan, Caleb,

Noah, Elena, Dayton, Everest, Coyle, Lucas, Brody, and Nathaniel.
