Shirley Claressa Webber

WEBBER, Shirley Claressa, 54, Wyses Corner, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 26, 2011, with family at her side at the Halifax Infirmary, Halifax. Born in Dartmouth she was the daughter of the late Eric Boutilier and Joyce Ripley of Amherst. Shirley raised two families, that of her brothers and her own children and did a good job. She was interested in bingo and auto racing both local and NASCAR and spending time with her grandchildren. Although she was afflicted with a serious disease she showed courage and determination and never gave up her will to live. She is survived by husband, Tom, daughter, Laura and son Joey, Wyses Corner; grandchildren Emily and Allison; four brothers, Leonard (Tammy), Rick (Annmarie), Danny and Vincent; nephew Brandon and niece Shanda. Predeceased by her father and stillborn son, Lawrence. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. A service of remembrance will be held 2 PM Thursday, June 30, from the Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie, M. Dale Crawford DLM officiating.
