
Beulah L. Lee, 75, of Sikeston, died February 26, 2012 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Born December 8, 1936, in Birmingham, AL, to the late Archie Ball and Maxi May McKay Lee, she was a homemaker and of Pentecostal belief. On June 26, 1961, in Birmingham, she married Jack D. Lee, who preceded her in death on August 20, 1989.
Survivors include: three sons, Jack S. Lee of Sikeston, Sidney D. Lee of Panama City, FL and Thomas W. Lee of Dexter; three daughters, Georgia White and Edna Worley, both of Sikeston, Brenda Yates of Sumiton, AL; three step-daughters, Virginia Phillips of Trussville, AL, Betty Ann Kennedy of Pell City, AL and Ramona Jett of Leeds, AL; and one sister, Shirley Ford of Clanton, AL. Also surviving are 27 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be held Thursday at 10:30am. The Rev. Ira Sandefer, pastor of Smith Avenue Church of God in Sikeston, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
