Connie Lee Hoosier

She was born on October 14, 1949 in Cape Girardeau, MO. to the late William and Minnie Harris Scherffius.

On April 18, 1970 in Bloomfield, MO. she married Donald Hoosier who preceded her in death on June 6, 2001.

Survivors include one son, Brandon (Leslie) Hoosier of Imperial, MO.; one daughter, Amy (Tim) Thompson of Sikeston, MO.; three grandchildren, Chelsea Thompson, Dakota Thompson and Skyluar Thompson all of Sikeston, MO.; one sister-in-law, Pat Scherffius of St. Louis, MO.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, J.P. Scherffius and L.M. Scherffius and one sister Linda Watkins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. where funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Dewayne Coleman, pastor of Canalou Baptist Church in Canalou, MO., officiating.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.

Pallbearers will be, Chuck Thompson, Randy Baker, Chris Morgan, Ryan Shirkey, Lance Scherffius, Brad Mashek, Scott Howard and Michael Cantrell.
