

He was born on May 6, 1954 in Poplar Bluff, MO. to the late Earl Loren and Mae Eaton Perkins.
On September 9, 1987 in Poplar Bluff, MO. he married Katherine “Kathy” Swift Perkins, who survives of the home in Sikeston, MO.
He worked at Quantum Audio for twenty-one years before retiring in May 2021. He was a member at Life Church in Sikeston, MO. where he played in the praise band. He has played music since the age of sixteen and has many brothers and sisters with whom he shared his love of music.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Jason (Jennifer) Keller of Dexter, MO., Shane (Mary) Perkins of Lake Stevens, WA. and Justin (Lisa) Keller of Belleville, IL.; one daughter, Ni’na (Eric) Payne of New Olmstead, OH. and twelve grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Perkins and Gary Perkins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Life Church in Sikeston, MO., David Craig pastor at Life Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating.
