

He was born on December 10, 1928, in Pontiac Michigan to the late Listle and Anna May Rose Crabb.
On October 9, 1954, he married Patty Robison Crabb who preceded him in death on May 23, 1993.
He retired from the United States Army after twenty-one years of service. He later worked as a mechanic at the Sikeston Bowling Alley.
He is survived by one son, Michael (Jane) Crabb of Water Town, TN; two daughters, Kathy (David) Yates of Rineyville, KY and Kelly Brister of Sikeston, MO.; five grandchildren, Christopher Crabb, Marc Crabb, Nathan Yates, Dustin Brister and Taylor Brister; six great-grandchildren, Bella “Red”, Mason, Alycia, Bodie, Ellie and Emmie; two special nieces, Laura lee Little and Jerri Linda Helmes and a special friend, Imogene Clark.
In addition to his parents and his wife he was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister and one grandson, 1st LT Eric Yates.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO with Bro. Randy Depro of First Baptist Church of Campbell, MO, officiating.
Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, MO with full military honors.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Crabb, Marc Crabb, Nathan Yates, Dustin Brister, James Revell and Bobby Robison.
