Martin Seagraves

Martin Lee Seagraves, age 63, passed away May 7, 2016, at his home in Sikeston. He was born November 1, 1952, in Sikeston, to Madeline Hutchason Seagraves, who survives of Sikeston, and the late Bernie Lee Seagraves, who preceded him in death on April 10, 2004. He was employed for Flaire, Inc., beginning in 1986, which later became Floyds, Inc. of Sikeston.

In addition to his mother, survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Ben Peyrucain of Discovery Bay, Calif.; his sister, Karen Seagraves of Sikeston; three adorable grandgirls, Ashley, Natalie and Emily; and Annette Akins of Sikeston, his "sweetie" for many years.

Martin was an "absolute favorite" among his friends. His generosity was admirable. He enjoyed life to its fullest and will be greatly missed. He was so very loved, and will never be forgotten.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, with eulogies to be given by his friends.

Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories in Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be Roger Krebs, Floyd Ferrell, Jim Brown, Earl Sisk, Tom Ryan and Donnie Freed.

Honorary pallbearers will be his "working crew".
