Nola D. Curtis, 86, of Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Blytheville, Ark., passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Born September 20, 1927, in Morley, Mo., to the late Harry and Alice Williams, she retired in 1989 after 20 years of teaching at Blytheville schools. She was of Baptist faith. She was married to Roy James Curtis, who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Susan Todd; five brothers, Adrian Williams, Floyd Williams, Dick Williams, Harry Williams and Ralph Williams; one sister, Linda Ann King; and one nephew, Gary Joe Williams.
She is survived by her one granddaughter, Amy Hughes; one grandson, Ben Tegethoff; and three great grandchildren, Maddox Hughes, Chase Tegethoff and Mallory Tegethoff.
Graveside services will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Morley, with Rev. Joe Hicks of Arkansas, officiating.
