Randy Johnson, 57, of Sikeston, died March 5, 2012 at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Born January 23, 1955, in Dexter, to the late James Riley and Fern Brewington Johnson, he had been employed by Market Place in Sikeston, and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Sikeston. On December 5, 1980, in Canalou, he married Joy Pierce, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Rebecca Michelle Johnson of Sikeston; and one granddaughter, Lindsey Danielle Terry of Sikeston.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm Wednesday, March 7, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be held Thursday at 10:00am, with the Rev. Dwayne Maynard, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church in Sikeston, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Matthews Cemetery.
