

Terry Allen Standridge, 60, of Greenville, MO, formerly of Sikeston, went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2012. Born October 25, 1951, in Sikeston, to U.L. Standridge who survives of Bertrand and Geraldine Newman Standridge of Sikeston, he served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War. He was a retired self-employed truck driver and a member of the Trinity Gospel Church in Sikeston. He was an avid fan of both Nascar and Sprint Car racing, but the love for his family is what mattered most. On April 17, 1999, in Blodgett, he married Debra Clay, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Terra and Kevin Holt of Sikeston and Tanya and Scott Albritton of Sikeston; one stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Kelly and Fred Crowe of Sikeston; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Charles and Catrina Adcock of Bay St. Louis, MS; one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Rebecca Harper Standridge of Sikeston; and one sister and brother-in-law, Marsha and Warren Arant of Sikeston. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Tyler Holt, Trey Holt, Cody Albritton and Lucas Albritton; and six step grandchildren, Michael Allison, Emily Crowe, Brendan Crowe, Jonathan Crowe, Leslie Cantrell and Nathan Cantrell; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am until time of the funeral service at 2:00pm Friday, May 11, 2012 at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with Rev. Larry Davis, former pastor of the Trinity Gospel Church in Sikeston, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with full military honors accorded him by the Missouri Military Funeral Honor Guard Unit.
Pallbearers will be Brent Smith, Matthew Smith, Jerrod Hull, Nathan Hull, John Rudisill and Gary DeWitt. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Mowaffaq Said and Larry Wilson.
