Andre Leonard Fozard passed away at his home in on October 13, 2015. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 23, 1970. He is survived by his daughters, Kayla and Andrea Fozard; his father James L. Fozard, his sisters Marcelle and Colette Fozard; and many loving friends. Andre graduated from Oakland Mills High School in 1989 in Columbia, MD, and was a licensed barber for many years afterwards. His hobbies included participating in drag racing, entrepreneurship, and spending time with his family and friends. He will truly be missed by many.
