On Friday, October 22, 2021, Beatrice “Bea” D. Nasou (Karambellas) of Sandy Spring, MD passed away. Beloved wife of the late Dr. John P. Nasou; Predeceased by her first caring husband Theodore Karambellas; Loving mother to John T. Karambellas and step mother to Peter Nasou (MaryAnne) and Eleni Paras; Dear sister of the late Nicholas Sarelas and the late Tom Sarelas; Cherished Yia Yia (grandmother) to Justin Liles, Amalia Karambellas, Stephanie Nasou, Dimitri Paras and Alex Paras; Adoring great Yia Yia (grandmother) to Remy Karambellas, Caelyn Liles and Rowen Liles; Loving daughter of the late Delia Sarelas; Bea is also survived by nieces Joanne Karambellas, Tula Deligianis (Jim), Gigi Karambellas Moss (Michael), nephews, Tom Sarelas, Pete Sarelas; Bea was predeceased by her nephew Steve Sarelas and niece Georgia Mantzouranis.

A visitation for Beatrice will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A funeral service will occur Friday, November 5, 2021 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A committal prayers and interment will occur Friday, November 5, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906.
