

Emmanuel was born on May 19, 1942, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. His life began during a time of global conflict, and from those earliest days he carried forward a quiet strength, resilience, and determination that would define him throughout his life. Alongside that strength was a mischievous streak and a great sense of humor.
A devoted and loving family man, Emmanuel was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Roselyn B. Estampador; his eldest daughter, Lea (Paul) Koh; his cherished grandchildren, Cassandra and Calvin Koh; and his second daughter, Jeneffer (Celentano) Haynes.
He is also survived by his siblings: Racimo R. Estampador; Nerita (late husband Diosdado) Ulep; Elvirita (late husband Matthew) Gildea; and Josephine (Jesse) Tan, along with many nieces and nephews who loved and respected him deeply, and who knew that behind his stoic exterior was someone quick with humor and playful teasing.
Emmanuel was preceded in death by his parents, Eulogio P. Estampador, Sr. and Elvira L. Racimo Estampador; his brother, Eulogio R. Estampador, Jr.; and his son, John B. Estampador.
Known for his steadfast presence, strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to his family, Emmanuel leaves behind a legacy of perseverance, loyalty, love, and laughter. He will be remembered always for the life he built, the family he cherished, his mischievousness and sense of humor, and the strength he carried for those he loved.
A visitation will be held at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, located at 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD, 20904, on January 1, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled for January 2, 2026, at St. Francis of Assisi, 6701 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD, 20855, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
The burial and committal service will follow on January 2, 2026, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD, 20906, at 12:00 pm.
