Helen Frances Bovello

Helen F. Bovello (McGrath) born August 5th 1929 in Washington DC, peacefully went home to the Lord October 2nd, 2021. Native Washingtonian, graduated from St. Patrick's, started her career at Catholic University, then went on to work at Warner Brothers. She then started and retired from her life long career at Naval Ordinance laboratory. She was an avid golfer and bowler who loved to watch all sports and enjoyed going dancing. The love she had for her Family and Friends was immeasurable. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is proceeded in death by Parents Joseph and Marie McGrath, her Brother Joe, her Sister Marie (Sis) and Grandson Tommy. She is survived by Daughter Kathleen Mayers, Son in law Thomas Mayers. Grandchildren Carol, Mark and Christine Mayers. Great Children Anthony, Lexi, Mackenzie, Tomi and Great Grandson due any day. Extended Family John Sellers, Anthony Sellers, Dee Tillman and Wes Bolen. Lifelong best friend Augusta Carey (Gussie) and many Nieces, Nephews, Godchildren and Grandma to many.

Viewing will be held at Hines Rinaldi on Monday October 11th from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral mass at St. Camillus on Tuesday October 12th at 10:30. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
