We still miss you mom. Three years feels like 30 seconds. Unimaginable that so much time has passed and it is fresh as the past second.
We will forever love you and your memories remain in our hearts.
Grace is bringing us through just as how it brought you through.
We lost a brother (your son) since you left us, and our brother's death was so sudden and tragic. T hope you two are having a loving time because he was so broken when you left, he fainted and was out for a couple minutes. I hope he shared that story with you and i hope you two know we love you both.

There is no day that pass by since April 1, 2020 that I haven't thought of you, cried, smiled and just cherish the time you were here with us and for us.
I often wonder what happened because you were gone suddenly. We have no answers, no time to have said good bye. We didn't even see you after you passed and that's one of the painful parts that tug at our hearts.
We miss you. Your memory will remain in our hearts, always. 

My dearest Aunty Merle, the crème de la crème and the spec and span of the bunch.  You were a sincere person and your family bond was indeed special.  A well distinguished young lady who oozes confidence.  You looked after me at Turnberry Primary.  The Psalmist speaks of God is the only person whom we should fear, you carried a persona that can only be right or wrong and in return Aunty Merle you gained respect.  
I do believe that you would have been a wonderful Barrister.  You carried a strictness with genuine emotions.  You could bargain very well.  My Aunty Merle would do stuff for me and in return I would give her my dumpling and meat.  All was well unless I did not keep to the bargain and I can say that even with a broken promise my Aunty Merle would always be there to keep me safe.  Your strength and determination are remarkably outstanding.
I deeply cherished our love and beautiful memories and it is very difficult for me to write my feelings for you Aunty Merle.  You are special.  You are a person of faith and believe that God the three in one exists and believe that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.  Uncle your father and my grandfather used to sing “God shall wipe away all tears from an eye when I get to heaven no sorrows will be there”.  I am sure that the oil in your lamp which symbolize your body and your faith in salvation will continue to mature.  The Way, the Truth, and the Life John 14.
Aunty Merle during your life on earth you would have felt the presence of God moving all around.  The plantations, the seas, the sunshine, the rain and the blessings that God provide for us.  Your role in life is an inspiration to your husband Earl and your children and I am sure that the love that they gained from you will continue to flow just like the mighty river.
When I was 18 years old my Aunty Merle sang a beautiful song for me “hand in hand we walk alone, hand in hand along the way, walk with God I cannot stray, hand in hand with Jesus”


My mother was one of the most loving, kindest and caring persons I've ever come across.
I miss you every day moms, but only God knows why. 
I will not question him. 
I am comforted by the fact that you were a devoted christian.
I know one day I will see you again, I only wish I could be seeing you now at home.
Love you always in life and beyond.
