Jason was a nice guy who loved every one. The short time we spend with him was the most sweetest moments. We made him smile and laugh he was the most pleasant person to know. The staff at Future Care want to express our sincere heart felt condolences to the Horn family. We will truly miss Jason and we are glad that we got a chance to be apart of his life in a very memorable way. He may gone but he will never be forgotten. 

I would first like to express my condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of meeting Jason 11 years ago! When our office moved a few years ago I missed seeing him. It was something about his presents. He would come to our office and visit with one of my coworkers. That's how I was able to have the pleasure of getting to know him! I really enjoyed conversations with Jason we would talk about any and everything just depending on the day. I was always picking his brain for fitness tips! He would show me quick workouts that I do right from my office chair, YouTube videos that he created or those that I should follow and most importantly ways to modify certain exercises because of a bad knee. He will truly be missed.  Although he's gone he will never be forgotten..... 
Rest Easy My Friend!

I knew Jason for over 15 years.  He was a wonderful person who lived his life on his terms.  He was personable, funny, and very dedicated to his work as a personal fitness trainer.  I will miss the talks we used to have and his smile.  I know he had an uphill battle but he approached each battle with positivity and strength.  
Rest in peace Jason.  I will always remember you.  My tears are flowing because the world lost a good person.

My heart is full of sorrow for all family and friends who had been blessed by Jason. I truly am at a loss for words. Thank you Belinda for all the updates. Jason was my mentor, he was my personal trainer while I was in Maryland.  He brought me to physical levels I never thought I'd make. He was passionate about his job and pushed until I had no more to give but he always got that one last rep. There were days I felt I couldn't go on but he never accepted defeat even when I'd be in tears saying I hate you right now , he never gave up on me or let me give up on me. His remark would be " Good because I know I'm doing my job right".... I loved Jason as many did. He is my inspiration and fought hard. He taught me so much. He will forever live in my heart an be missed. I found over the years when I wanted to give up ,he'd always be in the back of my mind pushing me on and when Jason fell ill I'd find myself feeling guilty when I wanted to throw in the towel because I knew of the fight he had in front of him and knew he would never give up and fight to the end he did. 
Jason leaving this world will forever have an impact on me. I send my deepest condolences  to Jasons family and friends, I am so sorry for his loss but know he'll be watching over all of us and still kicking those, me especially in the pants to quit whinning,  be strong and push to be the best we can. 
I love you Jason... the only comfort right now is knowing your no longer suffering and have earned you wings. God bless and much love
