Beloved husband of MeeFong and father of Susan J. Hines and Annette L. Bell. Survived by four grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Predeceased by daughter, Betty J. Weirick and brother, Kwok Shing Tom. Family and friends will gather at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Friday, October 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral services on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at George Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The Alzheimer's Association.
