daughter of the late William Arthur Smithey and Naomi Regina Hammond, was born February 19, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She departed this life March 8, 2017.

Mirita leaves to cherish her memory:

daughters-in-law Keri and Kristine;

grandsons Ethan and Tristan;

sister Mary; nieces Sheryl and

Karen (and their families);

nephews Hudson and Merritt

(and their families);

and other relatives and friends

who were dear to her.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, an in-kind donation be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of Mirita Kizzie.
