Hall, Opal Clementine (Tusing), age 92 passed away on October 8, 2021 at 8:30am. Opal was born in Wiley Ford, West Virginia on November 20, 1928 and resided in Rockville, Maryland at the time of her passing. Opal was one of six daughters born to Reverend David Wellington Tusing and Mary Emsy Ruckman Tusing. Opal is survived by her 4 children; Phillip Patrick, Gary Allen, Frank Millard and Nina Gass. She was grandmother to 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. During her 6-year battle with aphasia, she never lost her positive attitude, her sweet smile, and witty sense of humor. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at: Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904 Thursday, October 21, at 10:00 am.
