Renee Christine Kelser

Renee Christine Kelser, 58, of Severn MD was granted her angel wings when she passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 8, 2016. Renee was born August 21, 1957, in Washington D.C to the late Ray Clements Richards and Carol Richards. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Kelser Sr.; her siblings, Diane Ravenscroft (predeceased), Michael Richards, Gail Richards and Stacie Roe; her children, Herbert Kelser Jr. and wife Melissa Kelser, William Kelser and wife Eileen Kelser, Christine Bell and husband Bryan Bell; her grandchildren, Gabby Casey, Alexis Kelser, Selena Casey, Hannah Kelser, Haley Bell and Aubrey Bell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Renee was an incredibly loving and generous woman who always put others first. In her life there were no strangers only people she hadn’t yet met. A gathering will be held at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, August 11 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 12 at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church at 11:30AM, with an inurnment to follow at George Washington Cemetery at 1:00PM.
