

On April 26, 2019, Stephen L. Squires, PhD, of Potomac, Maryland, passed away quietly following a stroke. He was the beloved husband of Ann Marmor-Squires, devoted father of Gayle Squires, MD and Robyn Squires, beloved brother of Michael Squires and Leslie Squires, MD. Shloshim Memorial Service will be held Sunday, June 2, in Potomac, MD. (Contact [email protected]) Dr. Squires was the President and Founder of Kelvin 1687, Inc. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Science Officer of Hewlett-Packard Company; research Program Manager, Office Director, and then Special Assistant for IT for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; and Computer Scientist at the National Security Agency.
