The family will receive guests at a visitation for William on Sunday, July 21, 2019 from 4 PM to 6 PM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. An additional visitation will be held at church on Monday, July 22, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Union Bethel A.M.E. Church, 8615 Church Lane, Randallstown, Maryland 21133, with the funeral service following at 10:30 AM. After the Service the burial will take place at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Memorial Park, 2724 Liberty Road, Sykesville, Maryland 21784-6905.
