Glenita Leo

Skowhegan – Glenita L. Leo, 78, passed away peaceful with her sister at her side on November 5, 2017. She was born in Skohwegan on September 2, 1939 the daughter of Lawrence and Germaine (Sevigny) Leo. Glenita lived most of her life in Skowhegan and worked for a time cleaning at McDonalds. She had a fondness for cats and she enjoyed caring for many of them over the years. Glenita loved Christmas and she loved to decorate every inch of their family home with her sister.

She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Carlton Leo. Glenita is survived by her sister, Donna Stedman and her husband A.W. of Waterville and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside committal parayers will be held at 1pm, Thursday, November 9 at Calvary Cemetery, Skowhegan.

Glenita’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff at Woodlawn Nursing Home as they kindly and compassionately cared for Glenita for the last 10 years.
