

She was born August 9, 1921 in Skowhegan, Maine, the daughter of Peter LaPointe and Lumina (Samson) LaPointe.
Juliette was educated in the Skowhegan area schools.
She married Ralph L. Willette Sr. on June 28, 1941 in Skowhegan, Maine, he passed away in 1997.
She worked at White’s Poultry Farm in Skowhegan for several years, she worked at W.T. Grants as a cashier and stock person upon their closure she went to work at Laverdiere’s Store downtown as a cashier for several years, she then worked for Redington Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan as a C.N.A. for 30 years.
She was a communicant of Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church in Skowhegan, and a past member of the Daughters of Isabella in Skowhegan. Juliette enjoyed square dancing, playing bingo, cribbage and she especially enjoyed knitting mittens for her grandchildren.
Juliette leaves her thirteen children, Nancy Chamberlain and husband Philip of Winslow, Priscilla Speed of Florida, Ralph Willette and wife Linda of Trenton, IL, Elaine Strout and husband Jerry of Florida, Dennis Willette and wife Nancy of Skowhegan, Raenelle Willette of Skowhegan, Theresa Godin and husband Gary of Florida, Peter Willette and wife Kim of Biddeford, Lynn Aubuchon and husband David of Florida, Cindy Corson and husband Linwood of Skowhegan, Lori Fielder and husband Matthew of Indian River, MI, Lisa Fitzgerald and husband Wyatt C. of Canaan, Rella Collins of Skowhegan, twenty-eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-geat-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Ralph L. Willette; her daughter Mary Willette; two grandsons, Major Jay T. Aubin and Chad Willette; two brothers, Lucien LaPointe and Richard LaPointe; five sisters, Gabriel Bushey, Marie Pacquette, Pearl LeBlanc, Elaine Cyr, Theresa Cowette; son-in-law John Speed.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday November 15, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, Maine. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday November 16, 2015 at 10 am, with the internment to follow at the Calvary Cemetery in Skowhegan, Maine.
The family requests any donations be made to the Skowhegan Savings Bank, where a fund has been set up to aid and support the care of two of her great-grandchildren with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy.
