David Eric Dawes, of Smithville, passed away recently at his home at the age of 37. He was born to Lester Dawes, Jr. and Teri Burt in Irving, TX on December 29, 1975. David was preceded in death by his father, Lester. He is survived by his mother, Teri; brothers, Andrew Dawes and Matthew Dawes; nephew, Matthew Dawes; and niece, Reianna Dawes. David’s family will gather for a private memorial at a later date.
