A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 1PM at First Presbyterian Church of Snohomish at 1306 Lakeview Ave – Snohomish, WA. Classic Cars and Hawaiian Shirts encouraged!
Chuck was born on May 19, 1951 in Centraila, WA to Robert and Dorothy Murray. When Chuck was about four the family moved north to Marysville, where he continued to live into his adult life. Chuck was the oldest of his siblings and will be remembered for his love of cars and music as well as a great sense of humor.
Chuck was a lifelong “gearhead” and spent many weekends at car auctions and swap meets. His love of mechanics served him well as a machinist at Boeing for over 26 years. His love of collections included many model cars, NASCAR memorabilia, and car magazines.
Chuck loved to travel and enjoyed vacations and cruises with his family and his beloved wife. Some of their more memorable trips included trips to Disneyland and cruises to Hawaii and Alaska.
Chuck loved his family and will be remembered fondly. Chuck leaves behind his wife of 26 years, Marsha; Daughters, Courtney Murray, Merridy (Jay) Sheldon, and Zesa Lucas; Grandchildren, Zachary, Brock, and Zariah; Brothers, Joe, Brian, and Phil (Kathy) Murray; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend our warm appreciation for the staff at Fieldstone Memory Care of Marysville and Providence Hospice Services for the loving care and support shown to Chuck.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.bauerfuneralchapel.com for the Murray family.
