Dale Edward Mcalister

Dale Edward McAlister of Snohomish Washington passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on June 2nd, 2022, at home comforted by his children.

He was born on April 23rd, 1933 in Oakland California, son of Dale & Vivian McAlister. In Dales younger years he served 4 years in the U.S Navy(1952-1956). He spent his later years as a butcher, he shared his work ethic & passion with his family, they will forever carry memories of working on the farm. He enjoyed calling his favorite people throughout the day, sometimes multiple times a day. He lit up watching his grandkids & lived for giving people a hard time to get a reaction.

Dale lived one hell of a life; he will be very missed, but the stories & memories will live on. He is survived by his children; Carol, Gary, Linda, Dalelynn, Shelly, Sue & Lori; his sisters Grace, Rosalie & Judy; and many many grandkids and great grandkids. He joined his parents Dale & Vivian; his daughter Brenda; siblings Emmett & Wanda & kissing cousin Margaret(Mugs)

We look forward to gathering on July 24th at 1:30pm to celebrate his life at Machias Meadows in Snohomish. Come in casual attire for food, drinks, music & sharing memories. The family asks anyone with fond photos to please email them to [email protected] for a slideshow.
