He was born on August 20, 1942, in Kellogg, Idaho. After graduating from high school he joined the U.S. Navy and served 3 years. He worked out of the Ironworkers Local 86 until retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; brother Nick (Mona); nephew, Nicholas; son Chris (Christy); daughter, Deni; grandchildren, Kymber, K.C., and Kade; step-daughters, Connie (Brian), Christy (Kyle); granddaughters, Hayley and Emily; and many great-grandchildren.
He enjoyed welding, woodworking, travelling, reading, and spending time in the garden. He valued his time with his family, and loved his dog. Libby.
